Is this a medical device, or medical advice?
No. This is a free organizational tool that turns your medication list into a printable chart. It is not medical advice, and it does not replace guidance from your doctor or pharmacist. Always confirm dosage and timing against your prescription labels.
Where is my schedule stored? Is it private?
If you use the Builder without signing in, your medication list is stored only in your own browser (local storage) and never sent to our servers. If you create a free account, your schedule is saved on our servers under your account instead, so it's there whenever you sign back in, on any device. Either way, printing a copy or downloading the PDF gives you a backup that belongs entirely to you.
Do I need to create an account?
No, not to use the free Builder. You can open the Builder page and start adding medications right away, with your schedule saved only in your browser. Creating a free account is optional and lets your schedule follow you across devices; an account is required only for the paid Medication Reminders add-on.
Can I use this on my phone or tablet?
Yes. The Builder works on phones, tablets, and computers. The layout adjusts to fit your screen, and the Large Font toggle in the top menu makes everything even easier to read.
How do I get the chart onto my refrigerator?
Use the "Print High-Contrast Chart" button on the Builder page. It opens your browser's print dialog with a clean, single-page version of the chart, with no menus, buttons, or ads, sized to fit a standard sheet of paper.
What if a medication is taken at a time other than Morning, Noon, Evening, or Bedtime?
Choose the closest of the four time slots, and use the Special Instructions field or the Dosage field to add a short note about the exact time, if needed.
Is it really free?
Yes. The Builder is free to use, with no limits on how many medications you add, and no account required.
What is Medication Reminders, and does it cost anything?
Medication Reminders is an optional Premium add-on that emails you right when it's time to take a medication, on the days and times you choose. It's billed monthly or yearly and is completely separate from the free Builder above. See the Pricing page for current rates.
How do I cancel my Premium subscription?
Sign in, open the Pricing page, and select "Manage Billing." That opens a secure page hosted by Stripe (our payment processor) where you can cancel any time. You'll keep Premium access through the end of the period you already paid for.
